Farrell's Lincoln is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone wanting to enhance their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, switching between cardio kickboxing and strength training. Each member receives our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and encouraging environment to meet their goals.

That depends on each individual person. While weight is an important factor in your health, focusing solely on weight loss will only lead to short-term success. We focus on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of life is well-rounded!
We provide three flexible enrollment options and work with you to select the one that fits your needs. We recommend getting in touch with your preferred location for more information. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!
Each enrollment option is different based on your needs. For information on what each enrollment option includes, please call your local Farrell's.
All Farrell's locations utilize the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may get a Myzone belt to use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is an important part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to set the pace of the class and ensure members are reaching their Level 10!
Want to learn what you’re really made of? Being knowledgeable about your body composition is the first step to recording your results. At Farrell's, we use InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which analyzes fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody validates the results you’re receiving on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re dropping and how much lean muscle you’re creating!
Our workouts aren’t outrageous, but the results you’ll attain if you follow our program are. You’ll be able to customize your workouts to your chosen level of intensity, while advancing toward your individual goals. We also offer versions of all of our exercises to ensure a great workout.

Of course not! When we begin our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts at the same point. We have members of all ages and fitness levels, each with their own goals. And keep in mind, all of our coaches and instructors were once students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends at the same time. We begin each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most essential fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those starting moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Eating right is a core element of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program easy to follow! We’ll customize and teach you simple habits that will keep you motivated and going in the right direction. From simple meal planning to thorough nutrition coaching, we will be there to provide the support you need to be a success.

*Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will see improvement in your physical fitness. If you stick to our 10-Week program as defined and do not have improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you all your money back. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only instruct and encourage proper eating routines, members must share their food logs weekly during the challenge to aid us in better coaching you to reach great results. Individual results may vary.
